Registration:

You must first register an account in order to submit your entries. Once registered you will be sent a confirmation email with your registration information.

By registering you will be able to track your progress, see what you've submitted and view a running total of your entry fees. You will also be able to save entries in progress and complete them at a later date.

  1. Canadian Marketing Association reserves the right to decide on the eligibility of any entrant against the above criteria with its decision being final and binding.
  2. Entries which are incomplete or incorrectly completed or provided without the correct fee will be disqualified and no refund will be issued.
  3. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry which they consider, in their sole discretion, to be in breach of any law, or the relevant codes of promotional business practice.
  4. Entries must be submitted in the form stated in the entry instructions.
  5. Entries must be approved by both Client and Agency.
  6. All entries should be linked to or include a promotional marketing element and should contain some form of call to action or offer added value and have a closing date.
  7. The client and Agency concerned, as appropriate, grant to Canadian Marketing Association the right to publish the submission and/or its contents. Canadian Marketing Association may publish the submission itself or commission a third party to publish it, in both cases without making payment to the Client or Agency and without further permission being received.
  8. All entries become the physical property of Canadian Marketing Association immediately upon submission. No liability is accepted for loss of or damage to submissions.
  9. Judges' decisions are final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Judges will not be entitled to vote on their own submissions or on any promotion in which they have any vested interest.
  11. Canadian Marketing Association reserves the right, in extenuating circumstances, to cancel their respective awards programs at any time and shall not have any liability of whatsoever nature to entrants in such circumstances or otherwise.
  12. The client and Agency concerned, as appropriate, grant to Canadian Marketing Association and a third party contact information for the purposes of communications and publication regarding the CMA Awards Annual.
